People crowded into the city, and they produced many babies and people live longer. So the population is increasing very rapidly----that cause a lot of problems, such us it’s hard to live in a house, too mush traffic, noise pollution and water pollution.
It’s clear that need to develop some plans to solve all those problems. But what can the government do to solve all those problems?
Most people think to Control population growth is the most helpful way. So the government released the family planning policy.
